This is a little known Windows Theme, and very sexy i think, i use this on my main Computer, downloads as a RAR Zip file, to install unzip to Windows/ Resources/Themes. Pictures and download _link_ below

Nice theme I might give that one a try. Frankly I am getting tired of the standard "vanilla" Windows XP theme anyway.
